For more information, see [Managing GitHub Actions settings for a repository](/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/enabling-features-for-your-repository/managing-github-actions-settings-for-a-repository#configuring-the-retention-period-for-github-actions-artifacts-and-logs-in-your-repository).\n\n1. On GitHub, navigate to the main page of the repository.\n2. Under your repository name, click ** Actions**.\n\n \n3. In the left sidebar, click the workflow you want to see.\n\n \n4. From the list of workflow runs, click the name of the run to see the workflow run summary.\n5. Under **Artifacts**, click next to the artifact you want to remove.\n\n \n\n## Setting the retention period for an artifact\n\nRetention periods for artifacts and logs can be configured at the repository, organization, and enterprise level. For more information, see the `expires_at` value returned by the REST API.
