Microsoft 365 Copilot has Work IQ, which is designed to work across Microsoft 365 apps and offers workflow continuity with persistent chat and memory across the Microsoft 365 apps, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It also provides access to meetings and allows users to access AI without context switching.  In addition, Microsoft 365 Copilot protects the underlying business data with Enterprise Data Protection and respects applicable Microsoft security, privacy, and compliance controls.

When ChatGPT accesses Microsoft 365 through connectors, organizations should evaluate whether the solution can consistently retrieve the full business context, permissions, metadata, and relationships needed to generate comprehensive responses.
