🇷🇴 Romanian translation – values-ro/strings.xml

Hi, I've created a Romanian translation for the Operit app. The file strings_ro.xml (over 7100 strings) is ready, based on the English version. Please add a values-ro folder with this file in the project structure to enable Romanian UI support. Thanks!

Actually, I uploaded the wrong file by mistake. The correct translated file is strings_ro.xml (with Romanian translations). Please find it attached below.

chore: add Romanian (ro) translation for app strings

Complete localization of strings_ro.xml with 7,117 strings.

• 4,744 strings (66.7%) with Romanian diacritics
• 349 technical terms, placeholders, format specifiers, brand names,
  and shell commands intentionally kept in English
• Full XML integrity verified (balanced tags, no empty strings)
• Based on string extraction from strings.xml / strings_en.xml

Could you please open this as a Pull Request instead of only attaching the XML here? That way GitHub can properly record you as a contributor.

Suggested changes:

• Add the Romanian resource file at app/src/main/res/values-ro/strings.xml
• Add ro to app/src/main/res/xml/locales_config.xml
• Please make sure Android format placeholders like %1$s, %1$d, and %2$s match the English strings exactly

Once the PR is opened, we can review it there and help fix any remaining resource issues.

My local builds already passed 3 weeks ago when I fixed the critical fd leak in Pty.kt (Too many open files) and the security issues. You can see in PR #799 Romanian locale - it passed locally but failed on your CI because of infra.

If your CI passed for other PRs and then drowned at the shore on mine (#800 closed as failed), how is that my fault? You are asking me to do your infra job.

I fixed:

• Critical fd leak that crashed app after 25 terminals
• Security encrypt prefs
• i18n issues that were open for 3 weeks

Your pipeline is:

• Initialize terminal submodule: not our ref -> because your docs don't explain submodule push
• trailing whitespace L72 L76 hygiene -> unrelated to my code
• actions-runners: OFFLINE

If you want to merge it, merge it. The code is correct and verified locally as you asked before. If not, you lose - the fixes remain only on my fork and your users keep the crash.

I already did your job. I won't re-prove that the pitch is destroyed. My meme about CI/CD PANIC still stands: Linter OK, Tests OK, Pitch DESTROYED.

PR #806 proves it - after I pushed the submodule, it went green.
