NAPCAT有关@机器人的信息上报的问题

使用Nonebot+Onebotv11+NAPCAT的QQ机器人，实际使用时不论发送消息是否@机器人，似乎都会被NAPCAT上报为@机器人的消息。

Nonebot部分代码如下

QQ 版本9.9.26-44498

预期希望不@机器人时不触发响应器，而在没有@机器人时触发了响应器。
这有可能是NAPCAT导致的问题吗？
