Same, i didn't know of the outage and now all my actions are queued not deploying.

Root cause visible from self-hosted runners: the TLS certificate served by
pipelinesghubeus14.actions.githubusercontent.com expired at Jul 19 23:05:54 UTC
(Let's Encrypt R12, CN *.actions.githubusercontent.com). Our runner started failing
at 23:07 UTC with AuthenticationException: certificate chain NotTimeValid.
Verified via openssl s_client -connect pipelinesghubeus14.actions.githubusercontent.com:443.
Runners retry automatically and should self-recover once the certificate is renewed.

Running into issues with an Amplify app successfully deploying which pulls from a repo and clones. Thinking that this is the culprit but don't truly know. Anyone ever ran into this same issue when servers are down? Would save me some extended debugging time.

The latest update says Pages are operating normally, but there are not. I have several deploys queued over the last several hours, and all of them are hanging. Removing/dequeueing and reinitializing doesn't help.

Page deployments rely on actions, and it appears that Actions is still down

Completely blocked from any Actions deploys picking up runners for the last half hour, infuriating when trying to actively debug something and I'm hamstrung by broken Actions functionality, blah.

Issues, API Requests, and Pages have recovered. We are continuing to work on restoring GitHub Actions jobs using self-hosted or larger-hosted runners.

I tried many Pages deployments during the period there were issues. The latest queued one did not run—an old one did—meaning my deployment was out-of-date. Would be good to communicate to users.
