Scoundrels, liars – they take your money and then vanish. It’s a company run by deceitful fraudsters. I’ve been trying to get in touch for six months now; they don’t have a phone number and they don’t reply to emails. They’re literally professional con artists – they should be in prison.

I engaged with BlockBee to confirm that they facilitated a crypto-to-fiat settlement with a merchant who misused their platform for nefarious reasons.

I flagged with them that the specific merchant was using their platform to do scam unsuspecting people - I lost > $100k.

Provided their support team with all the evidence of payment, transactions, logs, emails, chats. It took them a week to get back to me with generic PR.

I then followed up persistently to find out what they had done (if anything). No surprise, every time they came back with a generic "we are investigating" message.

I persisted for another week, before their support team told me that they were, and I quote, "conducting their own internal review, and given the nature of it they will not be sharing the outcome with me".

Wait, what?

I actively shared that a merchant is using your platform to conduct fraud, and you don't want to tell me what you are going to do about it?

It's been 3+ weeks no and still no formal feedback, or outcome.

I am appalled at the lack of urgency and seriousness in which Blockbee.io has addressed this. They are actively allowing use and abuse by merchants, and doing nothing to stop this.

You should be much better at supporting the users who use your platform, and not enabling and hiding behind dodgy policies and lack of transparency.

I am appalled.

Update (in response to Blockbee response):
The lack of urgency and transparency in which you dealt with the issue is the issue. After I flagged the merchant with Blockbee and provided lots of detailed information to prove the merchant is using Blockbee.io to scam people Blockbee did nothing about it.

The same merchant is still using Blockbee.io to scam people. As a service provider Blockbee should do much better at vetting merchants.

The bottom line here is that despite me providing evidence of abuse, you have not done anything about it. The specific merchant is still abusing your platform.

I have also gone onto multiple platforms to post about the lack of action - I have deliberately done so after you tried to gag/block/report my review of your poor service here.

It says A LOT about a company if they keep flagging negative reviews to get them blocked and/or removed. Instead of addressing the issues at hand you would rather avoid bad press.

Shame on you.

Simple UI yet does everything you need from reporting to setup and supporting large list of tokens and blockchain.
Their support is quick which is always a bonus.

Well, this company has a RELIABLE SUPPORT and trust me their patience and understanding is underrated. to be precise their services are on point and if not satisfied they are willing to listen. I was stack with KYC and trust me their advise saved me a lot of headache. for me, i will recommend them and rate them 5stars

Great API, very fast support and high quality. The only issue could be an uptime, but this seems to be fixed as time flies.

Gave them a chance and got banned without a notice. Due to TOS. According to them, without asking me anything. Wasted time. Back blockonomics.co and coinbase or BTCSERVER.
